Hi mrad,
There are a number of different Quant and Verbal Scaled Score 'combinations' that will earn you a 600+ on the GMAT - meaning that if you are really strong in one section, then you don't have to perform at a particularly high level on the other to hit that type of overall Score result (of course, if you want to earn a Score that is notably higher than a 650, then you can't afford to have any big 'weak spots' in either the Quant or Verbal sections). If you would ultimately be satisfied with a 600, then you can earn that type of Score without having to correctly answer any questions that you think are too hard or too weird, but you will have to keep the little mistakes to a minimum on everything else (especially the questions that you are capable of correctly answering).
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) Is your overall goal score a 600-650 or something else?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
