Depending on your career interests a school in another cluster (e.g. Near Elite or NEF) might be more than sufficient. Further, there is a lot more to your application than GMAT- it is certainly an important component but it is not the only one.
I have seen many testtakers reach scores where their performance levels off but increases again after additional training. Thus, I would not read too much into you score reaching one of these flat spots.
