(By the way, this obsession with 700 drives me crazy! 690 is 91% 700 is 92% for that matter, 680 is 89%! What gives? Does this bother anyone else? It is a spread of a few percentage points over 680-710, a grand total of....... 6 whole percent!! Yet, a spread of 30 points. Doesn't it seem that the scoring method needs revising to more accurately reflect the %? I know that the % changes, while the score stays constant over time, but isn't there a better way? Make freaking 600-700 the scale! Then NOONE will get over a 700!---Ok, rant over)
hey, I totally agree with this... I don't get bothered by this any more, but it was quite intimidating in the beginning... now, I simply don't care and don't respond to people who say 690 isn't good enough
what we don't see enough on this forum is the abundance of "bad to good" experiences as people don't like to talk about their failures until they reach the goal. I really applaud to many who wish to improve stating their scores that are far off 90th percentile.
and 690-700 barrier is more psychological... it's like something is on sale for $399, when it's really $400... just sounds cheaper, when it isn't... and I am amazed about how many people buy into this marketing...

I love America for this!!! Ha-ha-ha... So same thing with 700 barrier... it's not far off from 690, but sounds/looks to many as there is a large gap.
by the way... Priyah... 640 is a great score, no matter what anyone says!!! Sure you're capable to improve it, but if it's enough for you why waste more time on this boring crap? Good luck to you!!!
