Hi!

I just got done with my GMAT today and scored a 640 (Q 41 V37)

I have sent my scores to MSU-Broad, Ohio State, Kelley and Rice.

I am a business gradutae from India and have close to 5 years of experience.

my acads are above average (GPA 3.2 ) and I have worked in the commodity trading and supply chain domain all this while.

I have had stints in Europe, Africa and the middle east.

However, I am wondering whether my score is good enough for the above mentioned colleges.

Also, I was wondering whether Vanderbilt might be a good bet considering my scores.

I am thinking about whether to retake the GMAT...............


Do you think I will be able to get through to the colleges of my choice with my score????

I know it sounds Cliched.......but GMAT is only one part of your Application. IF you have decent stuff and can put your achievements in nice words, I guess you have a good shot at MSU and Rice. May be bit og a stretch for Ohio and Kelley.
All said, Please post this question in the Ask Hjort or Ask Accepted.com and you would get a more objective answer.

ashish, MSU is definitely well within your reach. One of my colleagues got into MSU with very similar stats and same GMAT. In fact, his essays werent that great.

So, as others said, if you can work hard on your essays, then MSU should certainly be doable.
