Troy, If your applying for R2 this year then I would suggest you to focus on your essays rather than GMAT, because it all depends on would you speak for yourself or will you let the score speak for you?

If your applying next year, then take some time in between and re attempt the test. Take it easy, put your efforts.

I agree that If your target was 660, 640 won't hurt you... but I think that 700 might help you a lot.
May I ask what your verbal score is , and how you scored on quant on practice tests?
