Neha,

I think you need take a look at what you are getting wrong in Verbal! Have a focused strategy. When I first started I was scoring 29-30 and tended to use my ear alot. I suggest you identify what you are doing in correctly. Most likely a 29 means you are lacking focus in 2/3 sections at least. My personal approach to go from 29-30 to 35+ was to work through the sections methodically:

SC -- learned the rules and identifiers for certain question types along with several common idioms I was getting wrong
CR -- I worked on mastering 500-600 questions then 600-700 questions (80% correct) then 700+ questions (50%) correct. Also remember you need to understand what each question type looks for and then try to identify and attack I suggest reading the CR Grail
RC -- This is just practice, learning how to read the paragraph whats going to be important and what question types you are getting wrong. Inference and main purpose questions were a major problem for me.

If it makes you feel better my exam is on the 27th next week and i dong feel prepared either. I have been scoring 650 for the last 1.5 months and the last 2 exams i took i scored 570 and 530. This exam has a way to burn you out but the process is all about peaks and valleys! Keep working though and keep your head up.
