Hi elsaglory,
First thanks and i am glad you liked the post.
For the questions here is what i can suggest:

(1)Do you have any recommendations on RC?

Well The 700-800 doc is the Best thing that i found .
what i used to do is take 2 RCs (4-5 questions each) try them and then focus on the analysis.
For two RCs i used to spend 8-10 mins per RC in solving and then atleast 30 mins per RCin analysis.
I used to analyze the complete RC even the right answers as to how could have i answered the Question more easily so that i can save time on such type of questions in next RC.
Well the Key is not only to solve as many questions as you can but also spend good amount of time on each questions to make sure you understand the intent of question maker to ask that question at the first place.

(2) Can you share your timing strategy?

8-10 mins per RC
45-1 min per SC
1.5 max mins per CR

Overall Verbal:
1st 15 questions are imp and need more focus so 23-25 mins here
15-25 ---try having 35 mins left on timer
25- 30--- try having 18-20 mins left
last 11 questions 18-20 mins are enough...if you can reach a level of 8 mins per rc as
mostly one rc comes in the last 10 questions

but as you know there is no hard and fast rule about the
strategies ,so try finding something that clicks for you .
