I achieved a 660 Gmat score today on my first try, 45Q + 35V.
My dream programme would be any one of the following three @ London School of Economics and Political Sciences:
1. https://www.lse.ac.uk/study/graduate/tau ... _(fulltime).aspx : MSc Finance (full-time)
2. https://www.lse.ac.uk/study/graduate/tau ... omics.aspx : MSc Finance and Economics
3. https://www.lse.ac.uk/study/graduate/tau ... quity.aspx : MSc in Finance and Private Equity
What are my chances of getting into any of these programmes (especially the MSc in Finance and Private Equity one) with my current GMAT score?
Background information:
- Achieved a First Class Degree with Honors in a top 20 UK University in Business Administration with Computing
- completed 2 internships
- going to start a job as a Financial Analyst next week (though the position is within a company located in a small country)
Any thoughts & recommendations are welcomed!

I think a 660 is decent, but might be on the lower end for LSE. I know that they offer a ton of MSc programs and not all are as hard as the others to get into. You might try finding the "easiest" MSc in Finance program they offer and applying for that.
I'd probably recommend that you have a 680 or so for LSE, but stranger things have happened.

Hey ! So did you actually get in these programs ? I got a similar 660 which im not very happy abt... graduating from a top ten uk uni next year (hopefully with the first)... im very interested so please let me know... also I thought for some of these programs we actually didn't need the gmat if we graduated with a first from a uk uni ?
