When you say that you are taking half of a GMAT prep, are you just skipping through the math and on to the verbal?

Good luck on your exam next week!
Yes, I am skipping through the other section. The reason I'm doing this is because I only have enough time for half prior to work. Keep in mind I like to go through the test and record my errors afterward.

best of luck..

my suggestion is try to repeat the gmatprep as much as possible..just dont mind if u see repeats..flush out all the questions u see on gmatprep..u dont have to sit there and say jeez my result is skewed.dont care about it..

i will give u a friendly hint..you might actually see some very similar questions from your gmatprep on the real deal..i meant literally the number may have changed here and there..in some cases it will be exactly the same..

Do you suggest I continue taking GMATPreps 3-4 days prior to the actual test date?

keep with the gmatprep..keep repeating it..

try to flush out at least 5 passes on each gmatprep1 and gmatprep2 ..

what if i told you might see a question from gmatprep on the real deal? wouldnt you want to try to uncover as many questions on gmatprep as possible?

gmatprep..the more repititions you see..you will get it correct and see the next level question..

I took another GMATPrep Quant section today, which incidentally, only provided 3 repeat questions. Unfortunately, I could only remember the correct answer to one of them and re-calculated them as if I had never seen them before. I honestly felt as though I was doing horribly throughout this section only to find that I scored 49. Again, this is further proof to stay positive throughout the GMAT, as the scores are often better than we think.

Two things:

1. Get enough sleep, but don't get too much either.

2. Generally speaking, they will let you take the test earlier than your actual time slot if you want to and they have a desk available.

e.g. I had a 1:15p, began my test at 12:20p

Thanks jb! The test is scheduled for Wednesday, though. When are you scheduled again?

Mine is on Saturday. I think at this point i'm just excited about the challenge. I'm feel like a prize fighter with all of the 'training' we have been doing. I mean 2-4 hours a day for 3 months? Geez, I sure my effort is worth it in the end.

I know how you feel. I used to do the same thing during college: prepare like crazy for exams, and show up knowing I'm going to knock the crap out of it. You and I are going to reach our targets and give way to a weekend of relaxing/celebrating.
