Hi guys,
My answer is as follows
70% of 66 = 66*(7/10)
Let the number we need to find is X
->>[66*(7/10) - X] / X = 1/10
<=> 7*66 - 10X = X
<=> 7*66 = 11X
<=> X = 7*6
<=> X = 42
