Question: 70% of 66 is 10% more than what number
Rewrite as: (0.7)(66) = 1.1x
So: x = (0.7)(66)/(1.1)
Multiply top and bottom by 10 to get: x = (7)(66)/(11)
Simplify to get: to get: x = (7)(6)
So, x = 42

Answer: D
