update: Got my official scorecard on 3rd day after the test. 5 in AWA.
---------------------------
I had my GMAT today and scored exact 700. Quant - 48, Verbal - 38. Total percentile - 92.
Probably both could have been a couple of points more to match my practice exam scores. But this one is still to be feel happy with.
This forum has helped a lot for my preparation. With all the tough questions discussed in gmatclub, I felt pretty comfortable with the actual qs on the GMAT.
Once again, thanks to everyone who works to keep this forum active!
I had started 3 months back with Kaplan. Was shocked to see the scores coming in 500s until I got to know that Kaplan is the least scorer among all the tests. 2nd whole month worked with OG11. After that, a friend of mine told me abt Manhattan SC just a month before my exam. Bought it imme. and along with it I got free access to 6 adaptive online tests from manhattan. those were good ones. My scores swayed betn 690-720 on those.
When I had taken GMATPrep 1st test before preparation, I had scored 630. Quant was 50 on that but verbal was seriously low.(That was due to the time issue, I had got first 20 right and then saw the clock with only 10 mins left and I had to guess on most of the remaining).
On the 2nd GMATPrep just before a week of actual GMAT, I scored 680 but knew I can score better on actual GMAT as I got the 1st one wrong on the verbal (in gmatprep) and it never gave me hard ones on verbal. (Pls. make sure you get first few qs. right else the computer thinks you are too dumb to answer hard qs. and never gives you any further)
Not to mention, all the time was in touch with gmatclub and reviewing the OG questions. Found few questions pretty similar to those in OG11, just variable replacements here and there.
Will update abt my AWA scores when I receive those.
I don't know if I should try again for a still better score, right now I have a hell of a headache, had to drive in rain at 6 in the morning for a hr and a half to reach the test center and then back after the test.
Thanks friends!
