700 on the GMAT Online - Should i retake?

Hi All,
I recently gave the GMAT Online and scored a 700 (Q48, V37). This unfortunately was on the lower end of my official prep test scores, which ranged between 700 and 770. I also faced issues with the online proctoring - which entailed a lot of interruptions during the exam, and this cost me a bit of time, breaking my flow of thought during the test. I believe if I re-take the GMAT (at a physical test center), I will be able to push my score up to at least a 720-740, since my Verbal score was surprisingly well below my usual average in official prep tests (V40-47).
I'm based in India, and have over 7 years of risk advisory experience at a Big Four firm along with reasonably strong extracurriculars. I'm targeting European schools such as HEC Paris and IESE, and possibly INSEAD (September 2021 or January 2022 start).
Do you think a re-take is worth it? Will it make a substantial difference to my chances of admission and/or scholarships? Or will my time be better spent working on my applications.
Would appreciate your opinions !
