Leaving questions blank kills your score. I bet if you would have just clicked through those last 3 verbal questions, it would have boosted your V-score 3-4 points easily (even if you got them wrong). That probably would have boosted your overall to 720-730.

I know this is true because I took the GRE (also a CAT) twice a while back. I left a couple blank at the end of the math section the first time. My score was 660...once I retook it a month later (with little additional prep), I clicked through the last 3-4 just to finish in time and scored a 780. I feel like my performance was the same for both tests, so the difference in scores was due to the "not finishing" penalty.
