Well I havent been an active poster but I have been an active lurker and figured Id should share. Finished today with a 700, but very dissapointed in math. I had been hitting Q47 or better in all my recent practice exams and just had a bad run on the real thing. It seems like every problem I got was a problem I struggled with. Wish I had more detail to provide but I was frazzled after the first 15 or so. No big details on test day or anything like that, had a good nights sleep, had a noon appt so I slept in til 9:30, did a couple questions to get my mind working, showered ate and off I went.
Basic Info:
GMATprep1: Q44, V41 - 700
MGMAT1: Q47, V33? - 660
MGMAT2: Q47, V38 - 700
MGMAT3, Q47, V44 -740
GMATprep2: Q49(couple repats from OGs), V42 - 740
Again, I had been expecting/hoping for a Q47, V41 -710 on the real deal but I wont complain about a 700. If anyone wants any more info or has specific questions, Ill check back later tonight and tomorrow. Also, if anyone is still reading and has an opinion on how much better a 710 or 720 looks on an app than a 700 Im curious to hear any opinions. Im applying R2 and feel that the 700 is going to be a great disadvantage. Applying to Harvard, Wharton, Duke, MIT(sloan), Texas, Rice.
