I have taken the GMAT last September and scored a good 710 Q49, V38, AW4.5, IR5
Now while 710 is a good score, I have scored average on AW and IR.
I have applied to 15 top PhD programs in Business Administration in the US and got 3 rejections so far and no interviews. I'm starting to lose hope and believe that I will get 15 rejections, so I'm already thinking about how to get this right next year.
My TOEFL iBT score is 100. I am planning to retake this I have scored 113 previously.
I have 2 years of undergraduate teaching assistantship, 1 year and 6 months as an undergraduate research assistant, and have been a lecturer since October 2016.
My Undergrad GPA is 3.98 (international), and I have received an MBA with distinction.
I have been on both Dean's and Chancellor's list during my undergraduate studies and received several awards during both my undergraduate and graduate studies.
I have one paper that is still under review in which I am the lead author, and one paper presented (and published) in an international conference
THE QUESTION NOW IS, SHOULD I RETAKE MY GMAT AND IMPROVE MY AW AND IR AND TRY TO TARGET A SCORE OF 740-750 OR IS MY SCORE OK ? CAN YOU SUGGEST ANY PROGRAMS I CAN APPLY TO NEXT YEAR ?

First off, a 710/Q49 is an outstanding score (it's right around the 90th percentile overall), so you almost certainly have a GMAT Score that all of the PhD Programs that you're considering are happy with. As such, a retest is probably not necessary. PhD Programs tend to be rather competitive, since there are often a number of high-quality applicants for a relatively small number of 'spots.' As such, beyond having a strong OVERALL application, you have to make sure that you are properly 'marketing yourself' to each individual Program. Have you considered reaching out to the Schools that have rejected you and asking WHY you were rejected? You might receive some valuable information about how you can 'tweak' your applications.
