A single test can't be very predictable, in my opinion. In addition, it is commonly said that their quant section is a bit tougher than the real test. Use the SCORE CALCULATORto see, based on statistics, what your real score might be.

To add to the insights above, yes take multiple real conditions tests at same time of official exam. Pay attention to bad habits that can show up. For instance, tending to go lose pacing, getting anxious night before..all those signs are likely to reappear on test day and cause deviations from true potential. If you tackle them, you will be fine assuming all the rest is in good shape.

I want to know how accurate the MGMAT tests are ? Are they more or less what you can expect to score on the actual GMAT ?

I took a MGMAT CAT Test today and scored a 720 ( Q47 , V41) . Can I expect to score atleast so much on the actual GMAT ?

MGMAT CAT Test algorithm is different from the official GMAT (GMAC doesn't release theirs).
I recall reading on this forum or MGMAT's that the MGMAT standard deviation is actually a bit larger (it is +/-29 for the offivcial GMAT)

Thanks guys !

One more question - I scored a 47 in Quant despite getting 15 questions wrong , is this possible ? ( Granted I got a lot of the earlier questions right ) .

Hi,
Not saying that is possible or not - and maybe someone more experienced with the test could elaborate -
but this is a CAT and 'where' you got questions wrong matters as well.
A string of 15 wrong answers is probably worse than if they are evenly spread out.

Now, there are only 37 Quant questions so 22 correct/37questions yielding a 47 'seems' unlikely.
