Congratulations on your score.

Thank you very much for sharing the debrief.

How did you find RC on the real GMAT compared to OGs?

RC questions are virtually the same - except I didn't see very many "difficult" RC on my test. By that, I mean that there wasn't a passage that I thought was so boring and dry (like one about an obscure law or chemical) that it would stop my in my tracks.

During my practice tests, those were the only types of questions that would shake me. At the same time, I believe a lot of the really hard ones came from the non-GMAC RC questions.

As always, read the first question first, then quickly skim the article, then read the article completely through. Taking "notes" never helped me - it tended to waste more of my time - but it could help you.

I would say the OG12 questions are completely in-line with what you would expect from the GMAT - one caveat though: if you're focusing on the last 50 questions of the OG12, realize that most of the questions on the GMAT are not at the level. The GMAT is easier compared to the OG12 700-800 math questions (which is pretty much the only thing I studied at the end).

Havok, did you purchase the Total GMAT Math, or did you just use the website as a resource?
