Education:BA in English Literature and BS in Finance and Econ from Tier-1 Chinese Universities(Top 20 US equivalents I guess), GPA 85/100, Excellent Thesis Paper for Bachelor’s Degree(Highest Honor, top 1%), Multiple Merit based scholarship winner
Extra-curricular: 2-time Champion of School and Provincial English Public Speaking Competition, Founder of English Parliamentary Debate Club, Third Prize of National Debating Competition and Outstanding Delegation of International Model United Nations
Working Experience: Started off as a big 4 auditor, moved to a US-based HR consulting firm after two years, and returned to the consulting arm of a big 4 at the beginning of 2013, focusing on organizational transformation and HR transaction services during M&A, a total of 5 years WE before matriculation
GMAT: 750 Q51 V39 TOEFL 115(29+29+28+29)
Volunteering Experience: Teaching low-achieving students from under-developed areas; 50 kilometer walkathon to raise fund for educational programs in mountainous areas of China (with extreme poverty)
Short-term goal: Strategy Consulting
Long-term Goal: Social Enterprise focusing on shaping the character of younger generation of China, help them build confidence and strong personalities that can make them really independent individuals
Schools that came across my mind with strong GM education: Kellogg, Tuck, Darden, Fuqua

From my perspective, you do not have any weaknesses except that you may not be aiming high enough. Given your background and with a strong application, I would encourage you to apply to such schools as Wharton, Sloan and Columbia. From an admissions perspective, you have proven yourself more than capable in many different arenas, including academic and professional. If you market yourself correctly, I am certain that almost all admissions offices will find your candidacy compelling.

Thank you Kimberly for your information. I simply heard that Big 4 pool is quite competitive and especially competitive for Chinese Male unfortunately. Anyway, your comments have given me much confidence to apply those schools, thanks again.
