:) Just came back from my test and I am happy to say that I got a 760 (51Q and 42V) I am so relieved.
Background: I am an engineer with english as my second language
Prep time: I started my preparation around last week of February.
Prep Material:
OG
Official Quantitative Book
Official Verbal Book
PR Book
PR Quant
PR Verbal
Manhattan SC
GMAT Club forums
I started by finishing off PR main book. I gave my first PR test and scored 730. Next I moved to OG. When I finished OG, I gave my first GMAT prep test and scored 740. Then, I moved to Official Quant and Verbal books. In between I gave PR online tests and scored 750,750 and 760. I bought manhattan SC late. It is a nice resource especially for a quick revision. 2 weeks before due day, I took GMAT prep 2nd test and scored 760.
So my final score is quite near to what I scored in GMAT prep software.
My opinion on resources:
1. OG, Official Verbal and Official Quant are best resources
2. For maths, GMAT club is one of the best resources
3. Manhattan SC is a good resource. It did help me in quick revisions
4. PR books are more useful for starting preparation. They are not useful for advanced concepts.
Now I will take some time off :D Memorial day weekend is coming and I intend to have a good relaxing vacation :)
I wish the best for all GMAT club members.
