Should I retake because of the low IR score?

IR score is on the lower side. Possibly, you wouldn't have practiced enough for IR, considering a low weightage for IR score in the applications.

However, with emphasis on Data Insights in the Focus Edition, will advise to re-take the GMAT and improve the IR score.

IR score depends on the school you want to apply in.. for instance INSEAD looks for IR at least 6...
check with adcom of respective schools of their IR requirement..

You should retake the exam, especially if you are confident you can match (or beat) your Quant and Verbal scores. Is that possible?

It's hard to say how much a low IR score could negatively impact your candidacy. It might not have any bearing or it could be raise a small question mark. Why go into your application with any doubt, particularly if you have time to retake the exam?
