You should retake the exam, especially if you are confident you can match (or beat) your Quant and Verbal scores. Is that possible?

It's hard to say how much a low IR score could negatively impact your candidacy. It might not have any bearing or it could be raise a small question mark. Why go into your application with any doubt, particularly if you have time to retake the exam?
