I received a 770 on my GMAT but during the IR section, my computer crashed, and I was unable to finish the section leaving me with a 2 on IR. Is it worth retaking the test to bump this up?
I could confidently get a ~750 (or equivalent for the new focus test) and have the time to do so, however, how would ad coms view this? How do they currently view your IR score? Will there be less scrutiny on IR given shift to focus? Targeting GSB/HBS and have strong undergrad / work experience.

Ir 2 is low.. especially now that there is DI section in GFE...

A 770 is outstanding, but an IR 2 will still jump off the page and could raise questions for schools like HBS/GSB. Since it happened due to a crash, I would retake only if you feel confident you can stay in the same overall range and post a normal IR, otherwise keep the 770 and explain the technical issue briefly in the optional essay. If you have any case number or incident note from the test center/GMAC, that helps too.
