\(\sqrt{96} + \sqrt{150} =\)

A. \(9 \sqrt{6}\)

B. 36

C. \(20 \sqrt{6}\)

D. \(\sqrt{246}\)

E. 54

Source: McGraw-Hill's GMAT (1-30)

Simplifying, we have:

√96 + √150

√(16 x 6) + √(25 x 6)

4√6 + 5√6 = 9√6

Answer: A
