It is quite evident that (E) must be one, if not the only one, answer to the question.
Should the OA is (A), (B), (C), or (D), I bet that we can lengthen its sides to arrive at (E). When the requirement is that "each cow requires 30 square feet of grazing", we are not prohibited from offering just a bit more space for each cow.
