Stmt 1 is clearly insuff. If each of a,b,c and d is 4 then NO and if the valueof each is 9 then YES. Insuff

I got B too

I plugged a little and it is clear that any decimal combination that when multiplied is greater than 0.5 will be more than 1 when added.

0.7*0.7=.49 for example and will clearly be more than 1.

So i have one week to my test... cue horror music.
