I did not understand why you have multiplied by 2 for the (c) option answer. Can you please explain ?

c) 6C4*7C4*8C4*2

I add 2 because you can have 2 different subgroups with the green balls


MBA04,

You do not need to multiply by 2. Think about it - it does not matter how many subsets are there in the set that you are choosing from, all that matters is how many balls you are choosing and how many are there in total in the set.
