28 + 45 + 52 = 125 total marbles
There are originally 45 green marbles.
X = extra green marbles that are added to the bowl

(45 + X) / (125 + X) = 0.6 This is because with the extra green marbles, the total number of green marbles in the bowl increases, and the total number of marbles of all colors in the bowl also increases.
45 + X = 75 + 0.6*X
0.4*X = 30
X = 75 extra green marbles (Answer B)
