Just so you know. I have my screen scale on 100%, which is considerd low by Microsoft and i cannot go lower than that and the problem still persists. The next choice i have is to go to 125%, which is considerd normal by microsoft, but that would only exacerbate the problem, i guess.

PS: I have Window 7

You are talking about the screen resolution. Try clicking "ctrl" and "-".
