first scenario: 3 workers
r*t=w
r*4=6 --> rate =6/4=3/2

second scenario: 6 workers
r*t=w
3/2*t=15
t=10

the rate we consider is for 3 workers but since they doubled the quantity, assuming they work at the same rate, they would do the job in half the time, hence 10/2=5 hrs.
