This is how you will read the graph: The key tells us that the black bars are for managers, blue for salaried employees and the grey for hourly employees. The y axis gives us the percentage of employees. So about 88% managers say that Flexibility is important while 93% hourly employees say that flexibility is important. Hence, hourly employees are more likely to say flexibility is important that managers.
