A condominium's monthly maintenance fee is determined by the equation \(m = 420 + \frac{u}{3}\) where \(m\) is the maintenance fee and \(u\) is the total cost of utilities, both expressed in dollars. What was the condominium's maintenance fee for January, if the total cost for utilities in January was $315?

A. $455

B. $525

C. $640

D. $735

E. $1,365

m = 420 + 315/3

m = 420 + 105

m = 525
