A control room operates for a monitoring session of fixed duration. Throughout the session, every technician assigned to the session is either actively monitoring equipment or away from his or her console. At any given time, exactly 6 technicians are actively monitoring and exactly 2 are away from their consoles. Every technician assigned to the session spends exactly 9 minutes away from the consoles during the session, whether for a scheduled break or another assigned task.
In the table, select for Monitoring time the total number of technician-minutes spent actively monitoring equipment during the session, and select for Away time the total number of technician-minutes spent away from the consoles during the session. Make only two selections, one in each column.
