This is just a test of // ism of participles in a two-part appositive modifier involving driven and inspiring; Driven is a past participle and inspiring is a present participle. I do not think any thing is being compared with any thing here

B. inspired to fans – inspire x is the right idiom in the active voice, inspired to x is unidiomatic
C – Same as in B: in addition inspire and driven are un//.
D. un//
E. he inspired and driven –un//.

A is the choice

Nice explanation by Daagh. In a sentence, adjective can be parallel to present participle. Eventually present participle modifies the noun and acts as adjective too.
