A could be 1 and 3.

10 + 1 = 11 /2 = 5.5

5.5 + 3 = 8.5.

again,

10 + 3 = 13 / 2 = 6.5.

6.5 + 3 = 9.5. Match


B is the correct answer.

A can be 1,3
so upon substituting A in 10+A/2 + 3
best answer option
is A = 3
IMO B = 9.5
