Explanation:

Let Total Suscribers are 100
20% are male = 20
70% are married out of which 10% are married= 70*.1= 7 (married male)
Total Unmarried: 20-7 = 13

Subscriber which are not married: 13/20= 65%

Thanks, Archit3110 I misunderstood the question, that what is % male from the total

IMO-D

Extending your explanation.
Question is asking what % of male subscribers are not married.

Male Subs. 20
Not married male subs. =13

Then answer is (13/20)*100 = 65%
D is answer.

male: x/5
male married: 7x/10*1/10=7x/100
male not married: x/5-7x/100=20x-7x/100=13x/100
male not married / male: (13x/100)/(x/5)=13x/100*5/x=13/20=0.65
