(C) seems to be the only answer that mentions saving the company money.

i got C too.
the answer key is A, and i think it's wrong.
just wanna confirm it by posting this question up. i m so weak on CR that i dont have much confidence on my own answer.

Definetly C. We need to show that the cost of the review process isin't really saving and money and/or is ineffective.

C does this because it says that the process is expensive and the approval rate is vey high.

I remember answering a similar question on the GMAT and I selected choice C too. If the OA is A, I now can understand why my GMAT verbal score was screwed up !!
