I am in general good at quant and currently practicing from OG verbal and quant guides. Is the Quant OG sufficient ?? I am aiming for 720+ in GMAT.

The difficulty of the Official Guide practice problems are from low to mid level. One cannot expect to hit a high score by just focusing on the OG until and unless you are already great at the Quant and Verbal tested.
Try to give a full length GMAT test, you will get an idea of where you stand from the exam point of view and the amount of effort that you need to put. It will also help you to identify the areas that you need to work on.

No OG may not be sufficient for a score of 720+, it has very few hard question. My recommendation would be to invest in Manhattan Advanced Quant, Kaplan 800 and challange questions which can be found on this forum. Kudofy plz if you found my suggestion helpful. Best of luck
