Four days a week:
The nutritionist eats three meals a day, starting with a 450-calorie breakfast, and adding 100 calories for each subsequent meal: 1-day calorie: 450 + 550 + 650 = 1650 and 1-day meal: 3

4-days calorie: 4 * 1650 = 6,600 and 4 days meal:4 * 3 = 12

Other three days the nutritionist eats five smaller meals, each consisting of 300 calories: 1-day calorie: 300 * 5 = 1500
and 1-day meal: 5

3-days calorie: 3 * 1500 = 4,500 and 3 days- calorie: 3 * 5 = 15

1 week total calorie: 6,600 + 4,500 = 11,100 and 1 week total meals: 12 + 15 = 27

At the end of four weeks, total caloric intake: 4 * 11,100
At the end of four weeks, total meals: 4 * 27

Average: \(\frac{(4 * 11,100) }{ (4 * 27)}\) = 411.11

Answer C
