Refer attached picture solution.

Area of parallelogram = base X height

= 30 X 11.2 = 336 sq. Meter

I don't think it can be part of GMAT, As the question setters deliberately make the numbers fit in to reduce calculations.
Something like a Pythagoras triplet etc
