Bunuel could you please help solve this? I was not able to understand the above solutions (the part that how to deduce that divisor is 310 from the fact that y(z-2k)=310 )

y(z - 2k) = 310

z - 2k = 310/y

Since z - 2k is an integer, 310/y must also be an integer, which implies that y must be a factor of 310.

Any number from 222 to 441 (inclusive) could satisfy the constraint 1. Now, for the second constraint, just subtract the remainder (132) from 442 to zero-in on the precise number in this range.
