Go to this link and search for the sentence. You will find it there. However, I am not really sure which one is the right choice. Although the question is a little silly, I really want to understand which one is the right choice. Any more comments?

I would go with A. Although it seems that modify would be right due to 2 nouns it is modifiying, it seems that modifies would be correct, referring to the adjective.
