Hi Experts,
I am exceptionally confused here. My logic says Option - C is correct. However, OA suggests otherwise. I feel the structure of C is better, as it uses Adverb + Verb to refer to Noun (Well-being). Whereas, E uses Verb + Noun, which, to me, is slightly strange. Would really appreciate a detailed explanation. Thank you !

Having gone through the question and your query, we believe we can resolve your doubt.
The error in Option C is very slight, indeed; the construction "could seriously impact" is a bit ambiguous; it can be interpreted to illogically imply that the roar of jet aircraft could literally impact (collide with) the psychological well-being of the children.
Option E does not lend itself to this interpretation, so it is a superior choice.
