A recent survey showed that many workers in a certain company are dissatisfied with their jobs. The survey also showed that most of the dissatisfied workers believe that they have little control over their job assignments. Therefore, to increase workers job satisfaction the company’s management need only concentrate on changing workers’ beliefs regarding the degree of control they have over their job assignments.

Very simple. Solved in just 25 seconds. 
Survey showed workers are not happy. Then it also showed they do not have control over their work.
Conclusion: To increase satisfaction, only thing to do is change their belief regarding degree of control.
To weaken, we can say something else is the reason than just the control.
(A) The dissatisfied workers feel that their wages are too low and working conditions are unsatisfactory. : Yeah, so we have another reason. Correct
(B) The number of workers in the company who are satisfied with their jobs is greater than the number who are dissatisfied. : We are worried for dissatisfied friends, not the other ones. So, OFS.
(C) The workers in the company are more dissatisfied than workers in other companies. : Other companies are irrelevant here
(D) Most people in company management believe that the workers already have too much control over their work. What they believe is not relevant. It may happen that believing something is different from reality. So, incorrect
(E) The workers in the company who are satisfied with their jobs believe that they have a lot of control over their job assignments. Same as B

The crux of this argument is that there is one discovered problem X and the management thinks that if they only solve X then workers' satisfaction will be back but there can be other undiscovered problems Y, Z, etc. which can seriously weaken the conclusion "to increase workers job satisfaction the company’s management need only concentrate on changing workers’ beliefs regarding the degree of control they have over their job assignments."
