very unclear & insufficient data.
I think that one thing is missing i.e. the point of intersection of diagonals and centre of circle lie on the same point.
Is the "difference" word in the statement by mistake? As far i understand it's asking for the area that is not covering the rectengle. Right?

I think it's asking for the area of the circle hanging over the rectangle.

no i dont think it is asking for the area of circle that is hanging over the rectangle but it is asking for the area of rectangle not covered by the circle

No, there is no mistake in the question. I have attached a drawing to explain the problem. The area that needs to be determined is the shaded part.
