I'll start with an assumption that these are going to be integer values, since I think it's highly unlikely we'd see non-integer values for a question like this.
The 45 could be 1*45, 3*15, or 5*9. But we can eliminate 1*45 and 5*9 since neither of the other dimensions could share the 45 or the 9. So, we have one face that's 3*15.
The 15 from above has to be shared with the 60, so the second face is 15*4.
That makes the third face 3*4.
The figure is 3*4*15. Volume is 180.
Answer choice A.
