(We assume the units length is centimeters, just for didactic reasons.) $$?\,\,\, = \,\,\,800 \cdot 300\,\,{\rm{c}}{{\rm{m}}^2}\,\,\left( {{{1\,\,{\rm{tile}}} \over {12\, \cdot 25\,\,{\rm{c}}{{\rm{m}}^2}}}} \right)\,\,\,\, = \,\,\,\,{{800 \cdot 3 \cdot 4 \cdot 25} \over {3 \cdot 4 \cdot 25}}\,\,{\rm{tiles}}\,\,\, = \,\,\,800\,\,\,{\rm{tiles}}$$ This solution follows the notations and rationale taught in the GMATH method.
