# of those voting / can vote: 96 - 25 - 3 = 68 members

We need to find out how many of the 68 members voted FOR.

S1. 1/3 of total voted AGAINST: 1/3 of 96 = 32
Therefore, voted FOR: 68-32 = 36
SUFFICIENT

S2. # voted FOR = 8+ (# of absent + # of abstained)
# voted FOR = 8 + 25 + 3 = 36
Same info as S1.
SUFFICIENT
