Hey guys,
I've just tried to schedule an exam for this monday (3rd), and got this strange messege:
"Error: General/Unknown Error.
Unfortunately an error occurred while processing your request. Please try again, or contact customer service to resolve the error. Thank you for your patience.
"
When im trying schedule in any other date it actually works, but i need to do it specific at this date.
The customer service availiable for answering emails / phone calls just from monday morning, when i acually want to take the exam.
It would be really nice if someone that familiar with that kind of problem could help me solve it.

There is a very high chance that the date would be unavailable (even if it shows otherwise). If someone else is going for the same date and the same centre and is successful in his booking, this error is known to occur. The fact that you are not getting this error for any other dates is a strong indication of this. One other time I have seen this error is if the card details entered have been incorrect. Just to be sure you can try to tweet them, they have sometimes replied outside of the normal working hours.
