Official Explanation

(A) and (E) error in being ambiguous: They could mean that females are more concerned about discrimination than about males. (D) goes further than it has to by repeating the full phrase “are concerned.” All that is necessary is the key word “are,” as in (B).

(C) is not incorrect, but it is less graceful and too wordy.

The correct answer is (B).
