B
Because of project work and regular assessments.
But I have doubt with "training conducted using...". Doesn't "training that is conducted..." sound better?

A survey of management schools shows that hands-on project work, training that is conducted using an established mentoring system, regular assessments fully prepare students for independent professional work.

A) shows that hands-on project work, training that is conducted using an established mentoring system, regular assessments
B) shows that hands-on project work, training conducted using an established mentoring system, and regular assessments
C) shows that hands-on project work, training that is conducted using an established mentoring system, and regular assessments, which
D) show hands-on project work, training conducted using an established mentoring system, regular assessments that
E) show that hands-on project work, training conducted using an established mentoring system and regular assessments

To maintain parallelism, training that or assessment that is incorrect so we can eliminate A C D

Between B and D the difference is of comma
Whenever you have list it is always advisable to put comma before AND to remove any ambiguity
Else the last two items in list can be mistaken to be one item

Hence B looks to be the best choice

--Added---
Oh I missed the show and shows in first go
It should be definitely B then
