A total of 72 passengers are on a ship, and they go out on an excursion in boats R and Q. How many of the ship’s passengers are female?

(1) There are 13 females on boat Q.
(2) There are equal numbers of women on boats R and Q.

Total = 72

Female=?

Statement 1: Q(female)= 13. We don't know about P.

Statement 2: P(female)=Q(female). Not Sufficient.

Combined: Female=26

Hence C
